This rear extension features bi folding doors opening out onto an Indian sandstone patio complete with an oak sleeper retaining wall.
This extension has strategically placed skylights to optimise natural light and a feature bay window. There is underfloor heating throughout and amtico flooring to finish. The roof compromises of a natural slate tile and the outside has a painted white render to match the existing house.
We also constructed a timber frame out house to be used as a home office. The exterior is clad in a fibre cement cladding to minimise any upkeep with a 25 year guarantee and really compliments the anthracite grey bi folding doors. Engineered flooring was laid throughout for a clean finish.
